What do customers want?
It’s not hard to figure out what customers want. They want to be heard, they want to be understood, they want to be respected and they want to be able to trust you and your company. If you can give these things to them, you will have a customer for life.
How do you do that?
By listening to your customers. If you don’t know how to listen, then you need to find someone who does. You need to find someone who can tell you what customers want in their language and you need to listen. Listen carefully, because if you don’t, you’ll miss what they say.
Once you have done this, you need to put together a strategy to give these things to your customers. The strategy needs to be simple and easy to understand. It should include a plan for giving these things to your customers, how often you will do it and when.
You should also consider what other things you could give to your customers, so that you are not only giving them the basics but also giving them something extra. This is where the marketing comes in. Marketing is about giving customers more than just the basics. Marketing is about giving customers what they want and making sure that they get it.
So, now you have your strategy and your plan, how do you make it happen?
If you are running an online business, you need to create an AR (Automated Response) system that can send emails to your customers automatically. These emails should contain information that your customers want, and they should be sent regularly.
If you are running a physical store, you need to have a system in place that can track your customers and their behavior. You need to be able to see what they buy, when they buy it, and how often they come back. This way you can see what products they buy, when they buy them and how often they buy them.
Then, based on all of this data, you can create an AR system to send emails to your customers automatically and you can make changes to your marketing campaigns based on what you learn from your customers.
